- This is a family favorite!

- 2 dozen eggs, hard boiled and halved. Scoop out yolks and put in
- bowl.

- To yolks add:
- 1 tsp. Lowry's seasoned salt
- 1 pound ground ham (I use Spam)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (I use less)
- 1 teaspoon catsup

- Fill yolk mixture into egg halves and spread sauce on top.

- Sauce:
- 2 TBSP oleo
- 2 TBSP flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 pound grated cheese

- Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes in shallow casserole.
- (5 dozen eggs serves about 40 people)
